Neeyamo, the Global Payroll and EOR Service Provider, announces that Shri Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Road Transport and Highways, in the presence of Shri Sameer Dattatraya Meghe, Member of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Hingna Constituency, chaired the official opening of the Global Women’s Benefit Center in Nagpur.
Founded in 2009, Neeyamo currently has over 3,000 employees worldwide. In a bid to create more employment opportunities, the company has established its business centers in several Tier II and III cities and further intends to establish similar centers in 20 cities across India. Neeyamo chose Nagpur to inaugurate its first-ever all-female centre.
As part of its initiatives under the Naari Shakthi (which was launched in September 2021 by the Minister of the Guardian Hon’ble Adv. Yashomati Thakur, Women and Children’s Development of the Government of Maharashtra), the center in Nagpur will empower and create a platform for women to excel at Neeyamo by creating high-end jobs for them. This center currently employs over 85 women and plans to grow by 200 before the end of 2023.
This will include training sessions with industry leaders and experts to uplift, educate and help Neeyamo employees improve their skills. It will also be used to create technology-focused jobs with a team of technology gurus, payroll specialists, implementation experts and customer support managers to support global customers.
