New Delhi, Feb 15 (UNI) Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will address members of Bihar Assembly and Bihar Legislative Council on Feb 17, a statement said on Tuesday. “The LS Speaker will inaugurate an orientation program for members of Bihar Legislative Assembly and Bihar Legislative Council in Patna on the founding day of Bihar Assembly.
